Leaf Removal & Green Waste Clearing
Clearing leaf build-up off lawns, beds and hard surfaces — on its own, or as part of a regular visit.

On established blocks the heaviest yard work of the year often isn't mowing — it's leaf. Once autumn sets in, a property with mature trees can be covered again within a week of being cleared, and left alone the leaf mats down over the lawn, blocks light and holds moisture against the grass.
We clear leaf off lawns, out of garden beds, and off paths, driveways and paved areas, then deal with the waste. It can be a one-off clear when the drop is at its worst, or part of your normal maintenance visit through the season.
What a leaf clear covers
- Leaf raked and blown off front and back lawns
- Leaf litter cleared out of garden beds and from under shrubs
- Driveways, paths, paved areas and entryways blown clean
- Built-up leaf and debris removed from around tree surrounds and fence lines
- Green waste bagged or loaded, with a final blow-down before we leave
Why leaf matters for the lawn underneath
A thin scattering of leaf isn't a problem, and a mower will mulch it in. A thick layer left sitting is different: it shades the grass, traps moisture at the surface and can leave patchy, thin lawn once it's finally removed. Clearing it while the drop is happening is far less work than trying to rescue the lawn afterwards.
It's also a safety and presentation issue on hard surfaces — wet leaf on a path or driveway gets slippery, and a leaf-covered frontage makes an otherwise tidy property look neglected.
Green waste
Small volumes go into your green bin. A heavy autumn clear on a treed block generates much more than a bin holds, so we either spread the clearing across a couple of visits or price removal into the job. Whichever it is, it's agreed before we start.
One-off clear or seasonal visits
A single clear suits a property going to market, a rental inspection, or the end of the drop when the trees are finally bare.
Through a heavy autumn, a recurring visit usually works out better. Rather than one enormous clean-up, the leaf gets taken off regularly along with the mow, and the lawn stays in better shape going into winter.
What we don't do
We clear leaf at ground level. We don't clean roof gutters, work at height or remove trees. If a tree needs work beyond light pruning of small, low growth we'll say so rather than take it on.
Through autumn most homes want leaves cleared more than once, which is easiest on regular maintenance.
Autumn leaf clearing keeps us busiest around the older street trees in Narre Warren, treed blocks in Narre Warren North and leafy Berwick gardens.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you take the leaf away?
- Small amounts go in your green bin. Larger volumes are quoted as removal, and we confirm that with you before starting the job.
- Can leaf clearing be added to my regular mow?
- Yes — through autumn that's the most common arrangement. It keeps each visit manageable instead of leaving one huge clean-up at the end.
- Do you clean gutters?
- No. We work at ground level only — lawns, beds, paths and driveways.
- Can you quote from photos?
- Yes. Text or email two clear photos showing the leaf coverage and the size of the area and we'll come back to you with a quote.
